I Love Business.
There is a distinct satisfaction in looking under the hood of an established company. Where others see messy operations or stagnant growth, I see raw potential waiting for the right systems.
My philosophy isn't about disruption for the sake of it, it's about discovering overlooked value, untangling complex problems, and building resilient architecture that allows a business to run as it was always meant to.
I like figuring out how they work. What's working, what's not, where the holes are, and what nobody has thought of yet.
Most of my career has been spent behind the scenes doing exactly that.
Building systems, finding the holes, solving problems, creating things, and helping businesses become better versions of themselves.

From the discipline of competitive ballroom dancing to building businesses, my unique path is one of my greatest advantages. I don't just look at isolated functions because I've been in the trenches across operations, sales, marketing, and technology. I look at the entire ecosystem. I figure out exactly what is holding a business back. Then I fix it.

I structure my involvement around where I can create the most value.
Sometimes that means acquiring a business. Sometimes investing alongside an owner. Sometimes it's a consulting engagement or strategic partnership. I'm less concerned with fitting an opportunity into a box than figuring out whether there's a way I can create meaningful value.

An Unconventional Route
I didn't exactly take the traditional path into investing.
I spent years as a professional ballroom dancer, performer, teacher, and coach.
Eventually entrepreneurship pulled me in another direction.
Since then, I've built businesses, consulted, created software and systems, produced events and education, worked across operations and marketing, and become an equity partner in companies.
The industries and roles changed. The thing I was doing didn't:
